She is a member of the John Maxwell Team and is a JMT certified coach, trainer and speaker. In addition to providing leadership coaching from her own years of experience leading and managing teams, Leticia expanded her resources to include multiple JMT resources and course curriculum such as "Becoming a Person of Influence", "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect" and "Put Your Dream to the Test", to name a few.
